Please be sure to complete each section of the order form to ensure that your order arrives complete. For your protection, please do not send cash payments.

Orders of $100.00 US dollars or more will be shipped FREE within the US 48 states via UPS (United Parcel Service) and/or US Postal. Orders under $100.00 are subject to shipping rates posted below. Tires, fleet accounts and products shipped by truck freighttruck freightare excluded from our free shipping offer. Items shipped by truck freight will be charged by costs incurred. In stock items will be shipped within a 48 hour period after receipt of payment.

Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Money Order, Personal Check, Business Check, International Money Orders, and International Wire Transfers. All payments must be made in US Funds. All Personal Checks will be held for 7-10 days until funds have cleared before shipment will be made.. For your convenience our Off Line Order Form will guide you through the steps to complete your order with our company. If for any reason the information you provide for credit card payment is incorrect, we will contact you using the phone number provided on the order form and notify you of the situation. If we are not able to contact you within 72 hours or the phone number is invalid, the order will be deleted.

Back Orders

Although our goal is to ship your product within 48 hours, sometimes an item will be in short supply. Should this occur, we will notify you either by e-mail or phone that your product cannot be shipped in a timely manner. We will make every effort to expedite your order and/or provide you with and estimated time of delivery. No charges will be made to your credit card until the product has been shipped.

Sometimes products are defective or just not quite what you wanted. That is why Automotive Accessories Connection Inc. offers you a 30 day Money Back Guarantee. Hassle Free. Just call our Sales Department at (216) 441-9120 for an authorization number. We only specify that the product not be damaged, missing components or manufacturer's documentation and must be in the original packaging. We will not accept C.O.D. packages. Products which are not in like new condition will be charged a restocking/handling fee. This will be done at the discretion of our company. Credit will be issued for the products only. Shipping charges which you incurred will not be refunded. Should your order arrive damaged, contact your local UPS office or delivery company within 48 hours of delivery for a claim replacement to be accepted. If you experience a problem with the freight company handling your claim, please contact our sales office for assistance.

Warranties

All parts are covered only by the Manufacturer's Warranties and/or Guarantees. Automotive Accessories Connection Inc. can assume no responsibility for the use, misuse or application by the user.

Damaged Merchandise

Before we ship, products are inspected for damage and repacked to make sure they arrive at your door safely. Claims for damage during shipment must be made by you to the delivering carrier within three days of receipt. Also notify us of the problem and we will make arrangements to replace the damaged item.
